Cancellation Policy

At DeVine Lashes, I value my time and yours. To ensure the best experience for all my clients, please review the following policies regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and late arrivals. Cancellations & Rescheduling A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 30% of the scheduled service price. No-shows and same-day cancellations within 12 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. Late Arrivals A 15-minute grace period is allowed. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be adjusted or rescheduled. If you arrive 15+ minutes late, your appointment will be considered a no-show. If I can still accommodate you within the remaining time, I will do my best, but your service may be shortened. The full price of the original service will still apply. Refunds No refunds will be issued for completed services. If you experience any issues, please contact Tammy at (775) 800-6441 within 48 hours for an adjustment. Illness & Emergency Policy If you are sick, please reschedule to protect the health of myself and other clients. Emergency cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
